Courierit the worst courier ever

The worst courier service ever, if I could it would be zero Stars. Every time that I recieved a message that my parcel is out for delivery, wait the whole day but nothing, I even tried to call courierit customer service during the day but all I get is that my call is important to them but no answer ( even tried to email customer service, no reply)and when they eventually answer I ask if the can find out where the driver is so that I can go and collect my parcel, they say they can not contact there drivers all they can do is send an email to them and hope they see it. They are the worst courier service ever, they don't care about service because they probably don't know what service is, can not believe that they are still in business. If I see that someone is using there service I rather avoid them because I know it will be a mission to get my parcel.
