Courierit Sucks & Very Unprofessional!!

I cant believe how long I have been struggling to get my cellphone delivered. My parcel was checked in 04:42 am Friday morning and it has still not been delivered to me. I have spoken to an Agent for the pass couple of days regarding getting this parcel delivered. It was suppose to go with my sister to JHB so now i have to pay extra courier costs for the parcel to go to JHB. The agent has sent numerous emails to the department which has to dispatch it and advised them regarding the urgency of the parcel, but to no avail. Not even she got an response. This is pathetic and unacceptable. I have been billed from Telkom for a product which i have not even received yet. They said delivery is within 5-7 working days and we have passed that stage ages ago. I would really like some feedback and clarity regarding my cellphone. For all i know that parcel could be in someone elses hands..
