CourierIT SUCKS!!!!

CourierIT is currently giving me the run around regarding an order that they claim has been delivered but I have not received it. Their phone lines are inactive and no responses are available as to who signed for my parcel since I don't have it. They don't even call when they deliver but they will just let every Tom, **** and Harry sign for an order and they are not even sure of their identity. I want my parcel or my money back. CourierIT and Superbalist must make it happen.
