Courierit Sucks

Telkom is using courierit as a service provider, and a delivery that was supposed to be on a Friday ended up on a Monday and since they cannot give a 3rd party to accept the package, how I am going to be there on a Monday when I made plans for Friday. They just left saying I am not available ,I phoned their office to question this ,I was I asked a few questions etc then this rude person put me on hold and never came back ,then another person picked up and said no one knows who I am, bunch of idiots man. I have reported them to telkom has well they suck
