Courierit - STAY Away from them

I am an account customer with Courierit. I have used them for years, but have recently been using them less and less due to the poor service which is on the increase. On Tuesday 16th February, I arranged for a critical component to be collected and airfreighted to Port Elizabeth, where I would collect it from Plettenbergbay (where I was working on a project) This would require me to drive (2,5 hours either way), which I did not mind at all.

The parcel was collected on time, only because we have the driver's contact details. As of today 18th February, the parcel is nowhere to be seen. It went from Durban to JHB via airfreight, and since then it is missing.

You cannot call the Port Elizabeth depot, because nobody answers the phone. Head-Office are a bunch of habitual *****.

My recommendation is to RUN AWAY from them.They are pathetic. Customer service ranks as "ZERO" with them.

I will be closing my account from today, and it will be the best decision I have made this week.
