Courierit service very bad

Courierit was supposed to deliver a parcel onvthe 5th December. Their sms stated that it would be delivered between 08:09 and 17:00. Calling their call centre twice. First time agent only pressing buttons on yhe phone without speaking. The second time the agent told me that the parcel was send back. She could not give me any reason why. She was very rude.
