CourierIt Rude and ***********!

Terrible customer service! Call center agents are rude and could not understand that I would only be available at the address after 12:00. They just terminated the delivery, and if I had not phoned (was cut off twice and kept on hold for 30mins), the parcel would never have reached me. After the 7th call, the courier arrived at my house early and had to wait. He informed me that he was not notified of any arrangement, even though I was informed that he would be. I will NEVER use them again. They are *********** and rude!!!
