Courierit (Pty) Ltd most terrible courier service

Most terrible and pathetic service . I was told I was receiving my parcel yesterday . I was at home the entire day . They advised the driver came through twice and tried calling me 3 times . Today I was told the driver is on his way to me . Now it's gone 3 hours no driver pitched up. This is by far the worst courier company I have come across . I don't know how MTN insurance can use such a pathetic company . When you do call no one answers and when eventually someone does there are not helpful at all and just say driver is a hour away !
