I am logging a complaint. I got a call from your 041 number once on Friday at 06:53 and 32 seconds later at 06:54. In what world does it make sense to call 32 seconds later, you already know that I am not available you are just doing a ticking exercise.

When I woke up, I called your 041 number the whole day and the phone rings until it goes to voice mail. At 17:30 to blatantly lie and say the client is not available. I waited for you the whole day and I was calling you as well as telkom deliveries. Saturday morning same story, you don't pick up numerous times then I called telkom deliveries again and spoke to Oliver, he spoke to you and your driver **** to me and said he would be doing the delivery between 12:00 - 15:00. I waited for him and he did not come /call. Today I have been calling and again, you are allergic to phone calls. You have not even contacted me this morning. Your rotten behaviour of not answering phone calls has rubbed off on telkom deliveries as they are not picking up. I also spoke to Zelda from telkom who was not of any assistance.
