Courierit poor service

We are waiting for the Title Deed of our house that was sent from Nasima Kahn Inc attorneys in Pretoria to us. It was sent on the 3rd of May. But has not reached us. On the tracking it says it was delivered last Friday the 6th of May to a Constance??? We do not know who that is, and not one of our neighbors has any Constance?? So where is this parcel?? We phoned the Courierit in JHB and held on for an half an hour, nobody picked up. Then we got hold of a sales rep that promised us to follow up, but still no luck. I sent an email to the JHB office yesterday, still no luck. I phoned the Cape Town office this morning, waiting for there response. I think this is absolutely poor service. I also do not understand hoe attorneys working with such important documents use couriers like you??
