CourierIT - PATHETIC SERVICE

If there was a zero rating, this is what this company will get. My package is with the driver from the 7th May, get a message to track package, it is never en route to me. Called several times, staff hardly ever answers calls..eventually was told the driver will call me in a few minutes, never happened..then lies that the driver came to me the day before and i was not home, absolute lies as i did not go to work waiting for this package and tracking did not show package en route with driver. Finally was told driver will be by me in 30 mins, no sign of driver...called many times after, no answer...emailed and was just told package is with driver, will be delivered today. After 5 received a message saying they closed and package cannot be delivered. Absolutely disgusted with this company as this is a gift for a function. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
