Courierit pathetic service

My package was planned to be delivered in four days i started receiving a message saying my package is out on delivery last Friday today is Monday another stating that they will deliver even after calling head office in middleburg still no package. The funny part is when i check their comments on the tracking it says

"Oops A Delivery Delay. The reason for the unexpected delay was contact not available.

03 Mar 2023 16:51:21" I don't know how i was not available.

Im pleading with Adidas to stop using them otherwise they will loose customers im already gone.
