Courierit - Or Not to Courierit

The worst customer service experienced by many country miles.. An overnight delivery option paid by an overnight premium payment, I have yet to receive my parcel, Two follow ups on my behalf with zero attempt to contact the customer, you have zero respect for you paying customers. Your tracking system is out of date as you delivery services. What a disgrace.
