CourierIt not interested in fostering a good or reputable brand

Have been battling to get feedback on a delivery for nearly six weeks. Finally sent an email to the MD. Not even the courtesy of confirming receipt. Shocking way to do business. And reflects so poorly on businesses that use CourierIt. I will avoid them.
