Courierit nonsense

Your service can only simply be described as pathetic. I have been waiting 4 days for my parcel to be sent to me. Day 1: I get a message at 18:00 saying I was no available to receive the parcel. Interesting because I was not even informed that someone was at my house to deliver. Day 2: I get told the parcel will be at my house in the morning because I have to be at work at 13:00. After calling and calling I get told it will come late at 14:30. I then change the delivery address to my work address. Day 3: I call and the parcel was not loaded onto the truck coming to my work area. But get promised it will be delivered to me at home in the evening. Later I get a call promising it will in fact get delivered to my home in the morning the next day. Day 4 (today): I kindly call to be sure the parcel is coming today. Get told that because I was unavailable 3 times it has been put in the cage. The cage. And that maybe I should come collect it myself. The courier company tells ME to come collect it. Now I keep calling and calling with no answer at your office. What ****** game are you playing? Your company is useless. I want my damn parcel before I lose my ****.
