courierit NO service

Really Really bad service, my parcel was supposed to be delivered on monday and when i called to follow up Tracy promised to call me back 3 times, then I spoke to a nother consultant on monday and he made the same promise with the same result. Tuesday I called again to follow up and even asked management to call me back and even they are the same as the other staff, promised to call me and never did. After the management where supposed to call me I got a mail stating that the could not deliver the parcel as there is a problem with the address, funny they never had this type of problem before at the same address.

The lady in charge of the CPT branch Gill Vermaak is in a meeting 24/7, hopefully its a service delivery meeting as there is no service and no delivery either.

I will make sure that I never have to deal with a courier service as ****e as this one!!
