Empty promises, No Idea of Customer Service - Raymond Phaladi worst courier in Jhb - how can a courier company not call you if they cant find your business / home address - how can they be afraid to call their own clients - apparently they afraid of HIGHJACK-ing ??????? 3 calls to their call centre STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY - even thou the Pumi guy at their head office said the driver is in my area 2 hours later I get told to wait until the next day -
