CourierIt multiple failures in delivery

I have recently upgraded with Cell and with not being available on Wednesday was told by Cell C that I will receive my new devices today 2022/05/12

I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of anyone who can assist in terms of delivery however no one has the decency to return my calls, apparently the driver spoke to me today (of which there is no record) and now I sit without my devices nor any communication from the service provider responsible.
