Courierit, MTN and MTN INSURANCE

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for two weeks now, from MTN. I have been calling and not receiving any much help. Every single day I am told the parcel is loaded with the driver and is set to be delivered and yet when I track it on their website it is always handed over to operations. I don't know if the plan is to not get my device delivered since it's from MTN insurance or whatever the case maybe. It is always with the same driver and it's Ramoshaba Mahase. It is said that the driver contacted me twice with no luck on the number that is lost with the phone, I don't know how this happens when I've been calling for days and have confirmed a number of times the number to be contacted and yet no difference.
