Extremely disappointed, I wish I could give no stars

Not only do they not give you a time for deliveries, they also do not phone to reconfirm. Every single other courier company that we use has that as standard operating procedure. Then after phoning and hving the phone put down on me multiple times, I get put on hold for indefinite periods.
