Courierit makes papers disappear - no clear paper trail.

I handed the courier working for Courierit a copy of my ID and proof of residence for RICA purposes and as requested by Telkom. This was more than a week ago. According to Telkom I am not RICA'd and my service can therefore not be activated. According to Courierit (Monique) she will be looking into it as there was clearly nothing in her files (I gave her the waybill no.) I am hoping to have feedback but definitely not holding my breath!
