CourierIT lie to customers and take parcels to the wrong suburb!!!

Courier IT has been completely unhelpful, offered useless service and **** to my face several times.

We ordered something online and Courier IT was given the simple task of getting it to our address which we checked and double checked numerous times, it was 100% correct from our side.

They said it would be here yesterday.. after waiting at home the entire day and wasting ridiculous amounts of airtime on them it didn't arrive. They told me and my wife: "We promise we will call you back" and they **** flat out and did not call.

Turns out they sent the parcel to the completely incorrect suburb as they did not read the address properly and put it on the wrong truck. After all this I was promised yesterday it would be at my home at 11am today (27/11/2018). At 9am this morning we received an SMS stating it will only come TOMORROW?! And after some digging it surfaced that according to Courier IT systems we were not at home to receive the parcel yesterday?! Another lie! This after one of the consultants told me they sent it to the wrong suburb...

Anyway the circus continues and we are still waiting for a call back. This parcel is a fragile piece of electrical equipment and the fact that they are loading and off loading this and taking it to the wrong suburb AND lying to us is just pathetic and unacceptable. Will NEVER recommend Courier IT
