Courierit lack of services

Coutierit came to deliver parcel no THD*** on 25/09/2019 but refused to hand the parcel to the lady at our house as we were at work. They confirmed that they would contact us to arrange delivery again (which they never did) we contacted them via email numerous times since to find out regarding delivery but to no avail as we received no response from them. On our parcel tracking it then showed that the item was returned to supplier on 01/10/19. Courier it seems to have the worst customer service ever. Would not recommended anyone to use their service
