Courierit is the worst

Of all the bad courier companies, Courierit is the worst. The staff (Mfanafuthi in Durban) is rude.

I have been receiving smses every morning since Monday telling me to wait at the delivery destination because my parcel is out for delivery. 4 days later I am still waiting. I called Courierit to find out where my parcel is and Mfanafuthi tells me to just wait at the house because the parcel is coming. Newsflash buddy, I have been waiting for four days. I asked him to contact the driver or get the driver to contact me so they can tell me when exactly they plan to bring my stuff. Initially, Mfanafuthi refused, then after a brief argument I was tranferred me to a number that just rang forever.

I am sitting here waiting for my package.
