Courierit is keeping my parcel?

We are waiting for a parcel that has been out for delivery for 3 days now.

I’m a student and skipped most of my classes so I can get the parcel as no third party is allowed to collect it for me. Still nothing came and no explanation was given.

We phoned 3 numbers yesterday that ensured as that our parcel will arrive before 17:00, but we haven’t received the parcel or any explanation yet.

Tracking the parcel is also useless as it only says “out for delivery” and “delivery delayed” a couple of times.

If I could go pick the package up myself I would gladly do so, but there is no information about their Potchefstroom office.

Really not satisfied!
