Courierit is absolutely useless !!!!!

These guys dont even deserve one star..Absolutely and completely useless..Waiting for our router from metrofibre for three days and nothing..First day the parcel tracker says Delivery Exception and detail is misrouted this was at 16:54.Day 2 the tracker says at 7:08 Loaded into Vehicle..Waited the whole day and no delivery..When I contacred Courierit they said that no one can get hold of the driver,Mandisi Puza,and they will phone me back as soon as they get hold of him..Half an hour later and I phone them back and ask to speak to the same lady,Nobuchle,then they say that she is not in today.Eventually they said they got hold of the driver and the said driver told them that he will deliver the unit before 17:30..At 17:23 the tracker said that Deliver Exception detail Contact not Available..I took 2 days leave to stay at home to make sure that someone is at home when they deliver...
