I had a CellC delivery on 12/02/21 but I was not home, the guys said my helper could not sign for the delivery so I asked them to deliver on 22/01. On 21/01 I phoned to tell them I’m still not home and ask them to deliver on 05/02. The gentleman offered to do an address change and said the parcel would reach me by Monday 25/01, the parcel never reached me. I followed up on numerous occasions and was sent from pillar to post until someone said the parcel is lost. I contacted CellC and was told the parcel is not lost and would be delivered. To date I haven’t received the parcel. Contacted their head office and a lady called Nicole who is the PA to their CEO said she would call me back before COB on 01/02, she never phoned me back.
