CourierIt, incompetence in motion.

<p>The service received from this company is ********** and I would warn any one against using them. From a driver that can't find my location to the rude, inaudible call centre staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was supposed to receive my package two days ago from a Siphelele Ndlovu. Tuesday morning I received an SMS saying I must "esure" I am available to pick up the package but after ensuring that I was available at the given address no courier showed up rom 8am until 18:00. On wednesday I had to called and find out that I will have to wait until Thursday because the call centre lady could not tell why the driver didn't deliver on tuesday. Thursday came and went, nothing. I can't even talk about how unhelpful the call centre staff were.</p>
