Courierit- horrible customer service

I bought something online and it was supposed to be delivered by these guys. I tried numerous times to contact them, and I must say it was horrible. From being transferred to a non-existing agent to being made to wait for 10min while someone checks for something. Basically @KingsleyHeath I really don't know why you use these people. They are really horrible.
