Courierit has had my parcel lying in the warehouse for over 9 days. Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible company. My parcel has been sitting at the Bloemfontein courierit company for over a week, they stated that it should be delivered within 5-7 working days. It’s been 9 days now and payment was made for the delivery. I absolutely loathe the company and don’t hope anyone uses this horrible company for any parcel deliveries when there is so many options nation wide…
