Courierit failed to deliver

I had a package to be delivered to me . courierit promised to deliver twice . I was inconvenienced as I had to stay home to accept delivery. But this means nothing to courierit. they just don't pitch without communication to the effect. Is a courier service not supposed to deliver no matter what. And if they could not they do not even send Email or phone (which they had.). They apologized twice for not delivering but that was after they took me for a ride by not delivering and after I complaint via email. When I asked that they return package to the supplier the simply responded and I quote \ Good day .Noted and actioned \"<br> My question is if they can action the return to the supplier but not to me the CLIENT . Is this what couririt think of their service F you attitude. Their attitude stinks<br> "
