Courierit Durban has the most useless staff

Very useless and unprofessional. Placed an order with adidas and my delivery was supposed to be on the 15, only to get an sms that my delivery has been stopped.

I phoned numerous times from the 15 - 18 of November 2024 with no answer in Durban branch. I only managed to get through to JHB and the lady told me she was going to arrange my delivery for the 19th of November. I waited the whole day only to get an sms again saying my delivery has been stopped.
