CourierIT - DONT USE

Its a pity that I must choose 1 Star. I would give them 0.

This is the Worst Courier company ever ! I dont know why Telkom chose them as a courier partner. I must be extremely desperate to ever use them. Extremely poor communication, always full of excuses of why they cant deliver... Today's excuse was the best one....My area is in a high risk area! I have so many courier companies, I deal with and I have never ever dealt with incompetence. There call center staff are so Junior as if they cant think out of the box - Some of the call center staff should rather go work elsewhere as they cause part of the frustration

Apparently the driver called Anza Rabonda wont deliver unless during certain times but they dont seem to understand that I keep telling them that my business closes at 3pm. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!
