CourierIT does NOT deliver.

I have been waiting since 2 July for a delivery from Nespresso via CourierIT. I have guests that came all the way from Cape Town. It is 4 July, andnI am still waiting. Apparently they "couldn't find the house". If you can use Google maps, you can find it. I put a notice on the wall on the outside. I phoned again today and after 3 days, an email with the exact pin location, a photo, my cell phone number.... still NOTHING. "We will escalate the matter" from CourierIT. Useless. Guests are almost going back to Cape town....and still NO Nespresso. Thank you CourierIT for nothing. No explanation. No phone call, no sms, NOTHING.
