They sms you. Will deliver today between 8 am and 5 pm. Keep you prisoner in your home all day, and then, do not deliver. Did that twice with me. The second time, my daughter and I were both home, sms came through, after 16H00 - Contact not available. What a lot of BS!! Yesterday morning I get an sms again. I phone the office. Inform then that after they had waisted 2 days of my life, I will only be home after 4 pm. Can't waist another days leave on an empty promise. Ok the lady said, she will inform the driver. In afternoon I got 3 sms'es from them. The will deliver before 5 pm.... another empty promise. I will not waist my time again to sit and wait for them at home and they do not show. They can return the package to the sender . I am done with them!
