Courierit

Im disappointed by the service I got from courierit. They were supposed to deliver my parcel on Thursday the 9th December but they didn't when I called to find out why,the guy said he couldn't find my tracking number on their system and they don't make deliveries to soweto until further notice due to protests. I honestly think the staff are lazy and don't take their work seriously. I then Called Cell C to inform them about the matter and they tried calling Courier it but they didn't answer. They did not even inform Cell C as to why the delivery wasn't made. I even suspect that they ***** people's parcels if they don't make follow up.
