On 29 October 2020 I booked a parcel to be collected in Germiston for delivery in Polokwane, driver did not collect the parcel due to unforseen problems, I was promised that the parcel will be collected on Friday 30 October and then I can collect it on Saturday, suprise suprise, parcel was again not collected, reason unknown, but Estelle at Polokwane branch will querry the none collection and contact me, needless to say I cancelled the collection and went to another service provider on Monday morning and received the parcel on Tuesday morning. :-(
