COURIERIT - Couriers that fail to deliver

I signed a contract for Fibre ISP with Metrofibre last week and got confirmation and fibre activation within 24 hours. I was then advised that the router to establish my permanent connection will be couriered on Monday 23 October.

I received a tracking link from Courierit ... worthless as they advise ZERO on the link until today. Even then it says nothing as to when I can expect delivery.

However, every day, since Monday, Courierit had promised to deliver my router to me. And every day they failed to deliver.

The incomptetence of Courierit has now backfired onto Metrofibre that also appear clueless as why Courierit has yet to deliver after 4 days.

Shocking service in an industry that is highly competitive and usually very efficient.

My recommendation ... fins any courier company, aslong as it is not COURIERIT!!!
