Courierit company doesn't deliver

I've been waiting for my telkom phone upgrade delivery from courierit company since December. They send my parcel back to telkom on the 24th of December saying they couldn't get hold of me which is a complete lie, because I called the company almost every day trying to track on my parcel. On the 7th of January I called telkom and was told they'll send my parcel to the courierit company. Till today I'm still waiting for that parcel. When I call the company I'm told I'll get my parcel delivered tomorrow but that never happens till now.
