Courierit Company @ iStore online bad service

The worse Courier Company I've ever come across.i am so mad with iPhone online for using this company, I made a purchase on Saturday and I selected a date to have it delivered on Monday. Monday the parcel was not delivered.Tuesday I tried calling the Courierit Company (Durban branch) the call does not exist.okay I called JHB they told me I will receive my parcel Wednesday.i got an SMs later Wednesday that the driver is on his way

I waited until I tried tracking him but he he had written that he couldn't get to my Address (confusing) because I get all my parcel from the same address. First off it was after 6PM when he was on his way and secondly if he got lost Why didn't he call?? Okay Thursday I sent the Courierit company an email explaining my Problem.well guess what no response from them till today. I did send to I Store because my purchase is from them.i got a response and they told me I will get today which is Friday. I got an SMS saying my parcel is out around 10:AM waited whole day and got another MSG that it on it Way SiPho Thembela is the Driver. SiPho has not come and if you try tracking him he's not moving you can't even get to his profile and get his Number atleast.

I went back and emailed the Clive from ISTORE ONLINE I told him to please tell the driver I need to leave the House around 17:PM or else get me his number I will call him.Clive told me he will call me when he comes, that the response from Clive.

I got a very poor service and Respond from Clive (ISTORE Online) from the time we started our chat on email till today and as for the Courierit Company you Guys are worse with that Driver of Yours SiPho Thembela.

I still haven't received my order and am not happy with ISTORE ONLINE and COURIERIT Company. Will be waiting for your email. *** After this I would gladly cancel this order
