Courierit Cape Town disgusting

I'm very much disappointed by Courierit who is used by Adidas South africa. I've beeb waiting for my parcel since tuesday the 25th March 2025. Everyday since thursday 27th March 2025 I've been receiving SMS"s early in the morning that my parcel is on the way but the parcel will not reach me. When i track the after hours it says CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE whereas they never contacted me. This is inconveniencing me and my family because we have to make arrangement that someone must be at home to receive the parcel. This is so annoying having to be forced to stay in one place for four consecutive days. This is not the first time I'm experiencing something like this from Adidas and courierit. I ended up canceling the order December 2024
