COURIERIT CANNOT BE TRUSTED

I have completed an upgrade with Cell C on the 19/01/2021, I received the smsm notification from the courier company on the 21/01/2021 that the laptop would be dellivered to me on the 21/01/2021, through Couier It, i contacted courier It 3 times during the day waitign on the ETA of the driver and my laptop, the second time, the courier company advised that they could not get a hold of the driver at that time, this was at past 12 on the day, I called them again at something to 4, the driver still had not delivered the parcel, only for the courier company to advise me that the driver had been hijacked and Cell C would be in touch with me the next morning. I contacted Cell C the next morning and queried the delivery of my laptop, they advised me that the courier company had said that there was missing paperwork from me hence the package was not delivered, which is an absolute lie as the driver had never even been to my residence for me to accept the delivery. I am truly flabergasted that the driver would blatantly lie and say that he had been to my residence and attempted to deliver the laptop, when this is utter *******. this had not happened and the driver was never at my residence. When i contacted Courierit, they only said they are sorry and that was it.
