Courierit can deliver a package to an updated address

I have a package which has RICA item due for delivery by Courierit. Due to RICA the package can only be accepted by the person who has RICA'd the item. The package was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday in which I immediately called in to customer services to change the delivery address to the work address. Every day since then Courierit has tried to deliver the package to the incorrect address, somedays 2x a day. Each time I call in and alert them that they are delivering to the wrong address and each time they confirm they will deliver to the correct address. Wednesday, same process, Thursday, same process, Friday, same process. RIP package, I expect to never receive it.
