CourierIT BUll**** Service

I bought a few items from Snatcher which took almost 14 of which they use CourierIt to deliver the parcel. I was advised via SMS and email that the Parcel will be delivered Monday, i stayed at home the whole day waiting for the Delivery guy. He pitches at the boom gate, turns and leaves without even trying to contact me. The parcel is updated with unknown contact but my Cell number is on the Waybill. I call numerous times to speak to a Manager, after a while i get to sdpeak to Leraoto who advises that the parcel will be delivered the 27th, again late the evening the parcel is updated to refelect it will be delivered the 28th. I wait whole day the 28th to no avail, again the parcel is updated to Unknown contact with no delivery date. Its Friday today the 29th of May 2020, i call this morning again and again i get told that the parcel can only be delivered tomorrow, on a Saturday.
