CourierIt bad/slow service

Unable to track my order on their website. Ordered goods from Koodoo who unfortunately decided to use CourierIt for delivery. Koodoo notified me that the parcel is with CourierIt (since yesterday), but still unable to track it on CourierIt's website. Judging by all the other reviews on here I'm wondering if CourierIt will even care to respond or resolve.
