Courierit bad service

Worst service ever. Waiting for a parcel to be delivered at Despatch Clicks. Instead Courierit deliver my parcel as Clicks in Uitenhage. Maganger at Courieit in Port Elizabeth Rowan said Clicks in uitenhage dont want to give my parcel back to the drive to bring it to Despatch. So I've called the magager at Clicks Uitenhage she said the driver can come amd collect my parcel and deliver at Despatch Clicks. So I've called Rowan the supervisor at Courierit he said no they cannot do that. Keep in mind the services fees has been paid. So yes Im working 7 to 7 in Despatch .So how on earth will i get my parcel. And with a supervisor that is so rude aswell. Will Never use them ever again. No maners
