Courierit bad bad bad service

I ordered some IT equipment and it was supposed to be send by Courierit, with waybill no THD***7. Courierit informed me that it will be delivered between 08h00 and 17h00 on Friday, 11/10/2019, I waited until 18h00 and even had my wife took leave to stay at home if they do perhaps deliver the package to my home address. Nobody from Courierit even had the decency just to pick up a phone or send a SMS/email to informed me that they could not deliver the package. I phoned your JHB offices and were informed that I have to wait until Monday for it to get delivered. When I asked the lady the CEO contact details she refused, thus showing me that your company is not interested in the customers best interest. She did however informed me that the Branch Manager will phone me on Monday, which is not acceptable as he/she could have spoke to me today. Why always tomorrow???? I will not use or recommend this company to deliver any stuff as I feel they do not care about their customers.
