I received a waybill nr *** and the parcels was scheduled for 11July am. On the 11th in the afternoon I’ve contacted the company and no answers. This morning (12Jul) I saw on the info page that the parcels were handed over to the Ops management in Vereeniging and put in the cage. Still no answers of where the Vereeniging branch is, or my parcels. Need them by 13 July!!! Terrible company
