CourierIT - Avoid at all cost! Ruined an Autistic kids birthday present!

Avoid these guys at all costs. Most unprofessional company to work with. 1 is the lowest rating I can give them but they are actually a solid -10. I ordered a phone via Telkom, Telkom made the error in that they did not check that the delivery address did not fully pull through on the waybill. CourierIT correctly returned it to Telkom however did not cite a reason as to why it was returmed. Telkom wrote to them with no response. Telkom escalated it with no response. I tried calling and a lady at CourierIT could not ecplain why this occured- not reason cited. Both Telkom and I tried to contact the Durban branch. No response! I eventually got a hold of the HQ and Leeanka advised that there was no address on the waybill. Called Telkom again. Telkom advised they need a reason from CourierIT and have to await the package to be returned or if they can get a reason they can re-dispatch- we could not get a hold of the Durban branch. I send an email.to CourierIT and. Judith responded to tell us exactly what we already knew and nothing further. I asked for a full explanation and she rep**** a one liner. This is my son's birthday gift for this Saturday and CourierIT just spoilt a childs birthday. Had they answered their phones and provided a suitable explanation I would not be submitting this negative review. Their 'give a damn 'attitude stinks. I have a colleague who had the same experience as me and had to drive to CourierIT to pick up a parcel- why does one even need a Courier Company if you have to pick up your own packages. I even offered to do this. They have not responded to this.
