Courierit and Telkom fail to deliver a parcel less than 1 kg

I have struggled with Telkom for almost 2 months to deliver my contract cellphone and now the parcel has been handed over to CourieIT for them to deliver and they tell me that the parcel cannot be delivered because they have to confirm with Telkom on the delivery address.Are this people smoking something,why did they collect the parcel if they don't have address which I have given to Telkom and CourierIt on several occasions.Why do I have to suffer so much for something that I am paying for and why do people choose to enter in this kinds of businesses if they cannot deliver.I just hope my parcel will be delivered today because I am sick of this.
